Refund Policy 

Calgary Foothills Refund Policy for Outdoor 2017 Season

Calgary Foothills Soccer Club's refund policy: REFUNDS will be issued ONLY if a written refund request is submitted to CFSC, signed and received before April 3, 2017 for reasons as noted below:

  •  If a player does not attend any tryout session
  •  If a player cannot play due to a medical diagnosis, accompanied by a doctors note
  •  If a player is injured during tryouts such that they will be medically deemed unable to play for the remainder of the season

Refunds will be issued for registration fees and technical fees individually less a $100.00 CFSC administrative fee.

There will be no refunds issued after June 30/17

Calgary Foothills Soccer refunds must be approved through the Board of Directors.
