Refund Policy 

 

Calgary Foothills Refund Policy for Indoor 2021/22

REFUNDS will be issued ONLY if a written refund request is submitted to CFSC, signed and received before September 30th as noted below.

  • If a player does not attend any tryout session; or
  • If a player cannot play due to a medical diagnosis, accompanied by a doctors note.

If any Foothills Soccer programming is shutdown, suspended or delayed, out of the control of Calgary Foothills Soccer Club, programming will be moved online and all refund requests will be reviewed by the board of directors.

Refunds will be issued for registration fees and technical fees individually less a $100.00 CFSC administrative fee if they meet the above requirements.

There will be NO refunds issued after December 31/2021
